Freesat is a digital satellite television joint venture between the BBC and ITV plc, serving the United Kingdom. In 2017 Tangent was briefed with a redesign of their website using a modular CMS structure. 
One of the main aims of the redesign was to educate users into what the Freesat service provides and how it works. A series of new features were introduced such as a new help and support section and a tool that indicates how to switch to the service from other providers, along with a new site map to make the navigation easier. The UX design was brought to life through a visual design based on the collateral work from Freesat, which uses bright colours and bold typography, resulting in a fresh and friendly website, reflective of their brand values.
